There has been a Methodist church in Castle Donington since the earliest days of Methodism in the 18th century.

Until quite recently the Church met in an enormous 700 seat, Edwardian building which was far too big for the regular meetings. The church decided that it would be far better to meet in a more sensible sized premises and so have moved to 'The Light Station' on Clapgun Street.

 

Released from the crippling burden of the old building the church has since gone from strength to strength! More news to follow!
