The Methodist Church is committed to training its people in a basic understanding of the culture of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.

From this page you can access various resources including the online training modules, introductory texts and extra videos.

Accessing the Training Modules

Here’s the website for training modules, the MCBX online learning hub (’the classroom’)

IMPORTANT

For your first visit: use the red REGISTER box at the top right to create an MCBX account and profile for yourself (‘my desk’)

Scroll down to find FEATURED COURSES (’the subjects’)

Next, choose a subject (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion or Unconscious Bias) and follow the guidance on-screen.  Work through as much or as little as you wish (‘a lesson’) because the system remembers and saves wherever you get to each time you log in and out.

Further visits: click on SIGN IN next to the register box at the top right

Click on DASHBOARD to return to where you left off last time.  When you’ve completed one subject, move onto the other one.
