Marlborough Square is a town centre church in a socially deprived area which reaches out into the community through drop-in coffee bars, shoppers services and Children’s Work with the local school. A monthly evening service is held where attendance has been increasing in recently.

There is a vital link with a local branch of a national chain of funeral directors for the support of bereavement work. The church also links with several local schools whose classes come along to an age-appropriate interactive-learning experience recounting the Christmas and Easter stories.
